Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 August 2026 · back to backlink-agent.com

1. Who we are

Backlink Agent is operated by Redsprint Ltd, registered in England and Wales. These terms cover the backlink-agent.com website and the early-access service. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

Backlink Agent finds link-building opportunities for your website, drafts outreach emails, and sends them after you approve each one. During early access the service is operated for you by us, is provided as-is, and may change or pause while we build it out.

3. Results

Backlinks depend on decisions made by independent site editors, and search rankings depend on Google. We commit to running your campaign with the volumes described on the site. We do not promise a specific number of links, a ranking position, or a traffic outcome. Where a plan states a guarantee, the guarantee text on the pricing page at the time of purchase is what applies.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Acceptable use

We refuse and may terminate campaigns for sites involved in illegal content, deception, malware, or spam, and campaigns whose outreach would be misleading. We cap sending volumes to keep outreach polite; asking us to exceed them is not supported.

6. Fees and cancellation

Early access is free. Paid plans, when they launch, bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime, taking effect at the end of the paid period. You can pause a campaign whenever you want, and pausing stops all new outreach immediately.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Redsprint Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the decisions of third-party site owners, or for search-engine ranking changes. Our total liability for a paid service is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to enrolled users by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
